Located only 5 minutes from the ski hill in the platzl which is in the heart of Kimberley you will find The Edge Pub & Hostel which is owned and managed by Andy & Kim Bamber.

The Edge has an awesome lunch and dinner menu and in my opinion the best homemade soups and chicken wings in town!

Not to mention the largest selection of draft beer and hard liquor you will find in town. Our prices for food and alcoholic drinks (we also serve tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and pop!!) are so much cheaper than up at the ski hill you can almost save the taxi or shuttle fare in your first round!!!!! Not to mention the extra fun you might have!

Live entertainment comes in on a very regular basis, sometimes every weekend!!!! And when an awesome band is rocking the night there will be a DJ in, well always on the weekends and a Wednesday (Kimberleys favourite mid-week party!!)

We have a large backpackers hostel above the bar that has a selection of dorm and private rooms (every room has its own bathroom), a shared kitchen and common room and even better, you can stop for a night, a week, a month or longer. In summer keep cool with air-con and in winter warm-up with the baseboard heaters.

Most private room also have cable TV!!

We have 2 pool tables (always free), 1 foosball table (free) and 5 dart boards (free) as well as the 6 tv's and large screen tv to help keep you relaxed and entertained.

Oh, and if you just wanted to check your email, bring in your laptop and hook up to the free wireless internet!!!!
