Welcome to the home page of The Edge Pub & Hostel located in the platzl in beautiful Kimberley, British Columbia.

The Edge as locals know it, is the favourite night spot in Kimberley where you can party until the early hours of the morning, listen to some of your favourite songs or some of the awesome and regular live bands that we bring in.

We also have budget accommodation above the bar where there are dorm beds or private rooms (all rooms have their own bathroom) which are available for nightly, weekly or even monthly stays!!

And don't forget food!!! We recently rennovated our kitchen and have a great new menu that includes, in my opinion, the best chicken wings in the area!

About Kimberley

If you haven't been to Kimberley before then you don't know what you are missing.

It is a winter wonderland with an awesome ski hill, plenty of powder, dry weather, amazing views and enough activites to keep you busy for a month!

Whether you are into skiing, snow boarding, x-country skiing, snow mobiling, snow shoeing, dog sledding, atv-ing or simply relaxing in a hot spa (natural or a hot tub), bowling or eating out, Kimberley in winter has something for you!

The fun doesn't stop once the snow has left. Kimberley is also an amazing summer playground!

Currently there are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and with a new course being built it is a golf enthusiasts heaven! But it doesn't end there....

Hiking, mountain biking, camping, water skiing, white water rafting, atv tours, rock climbing, paintballing, fishing, boating and just about anything else you can think of as long as you remember the sun screen.

Kimberley is hot, hot, hot....... with summer temperatures of between 25 and 35 C for most of May through September with only a couple of rainy days you are bound to get a good tan! And of course there is nothing like rounding your day off with a nice cold pint of beer at The Edge!!!!
